Katie Etheridge

Katie Etheridge is an artist, performer and community engagement practitioner with 25 years experience connecting people and places through playful, inventive and interactive performances and artworks.

In her solo and collaborative practice Katie has created and produced a diverse range of socially engaged projects with communities locally, nationally and internationally. Her work often places the audience member at the centre of the experience, shifting them from passive spectator to active participant.

Katie is also the inventor of Faceback, the live art game that has gone viral at Festivals and events across the UK, connecting 1000’s of people who wouldn’t normally meet.

Katie Etheridge is an Associate in Community Engagement at Art Centre Penryn and a graduate of the School for Social Entrepreneurs.
